Qoop respects copyright. If you believe material on Qoop infringes a copyright you own or control, send a notice to the designated agent below. This page describes that process. It is not legal advice.

Use the subject line “Copyright notice” or “Copyright counter-notice” so we can route it.
What a notice must include
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- The copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The material you claim is infringing, and enough detail for us to find it (a link, username, or in-app location).
- Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
We review complete notices and remove or disable access to material we determine is infringing. We may suspend or close accounts of repeat infringers. An incomplete notice may be rejected.
Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. Include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Qoop may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
You can also report a post inside the app. Formal copyright notices and counter-notices still go to the agent email above.
Telif bildirimleri

Bildirimde olması gerekenler
- Fiziksel veya elektronik imzan.
- İhlal edildiğini iddia ettiğin eser.
- İhlal ettiğini iddia ettiğin içerik ve onu bulmamız için yeterli bilgi (bağlantı, kullanıcı adı veya uygulama içi konum).
- Adın, posta adresin, telefonun ve e-postan.
- Kullanımın hak sahibi, vekili veya kanun tarafından izinli olmadığına dair iyi niyetli inanç beyanı.
- Bilgilerin doğru olduğuna ve hak sahibi veya onun adına hareket etmeye yetkili olduğuna dair yalan beyan cezası altında beyan.
Eksiksiz bildirimleri inceleriz; ihlal ettiğine karar verdiğimiz içeriği kaldırır veya erişimi kapatırız. Tekrarlayan ihlallerde hesabı askıya alabilir veya kapatabiliriz. Eksik bildirim reddedilebilir.
Karşı bildirim
İçeriğin yanlışlıkla veya yanlış teşhisle kaldırıldığını düşünüyorsan aynı adrese karşı bildirim gönderebilirsin. Şunları ekle:
- Fiziksel veya elektronik imzan.
- Kaldırılan içeriğin tanımı ve kaldırılmadan önce nerede göründüğü.
- İçeriğin yanlışlıkla veya yanlış teşhisle kaldırıldığına dair iyi niyetli inancını, yalan beyan cezası altında beyan.
- Adın, posta adresin, telefonun ve e-postan; adresinin bağlı olduğu federal mahkemenin yetkisini kabul ettiğin (ABD dışındaysan Qoop’un bulunabileceği herhangi bir yargı çevresi) ve ilk bildirimi gönderen kişiden tebligatı kabul edeceğin beyanı.

Urheberrechtsmeldungen
Qoop respektiert Urheberrechte. Wenn du meinst, dass Material auf Qoop ein Urheberrecht verletzt, das dir gehört oder das du vertrittst, sende eine Meldung an den unten genannten Beauftragten. Diese Seite beschreibt das Verfahren. Sie ist keine Rechtsberatung.

Was eine Meldung enthalten muss
- Deine physische oder elektronische Unterschrift.
- Das Werk, dessen Urheberrecht verletzt sein soll.
- Das beanstandete Material und genug Angaben, damit wir es finden (Link, Nutzername oder Ort in der App).
- Name, Postanschrift, Telefonnummer und E-Mail.
- Eine Erklärung, dass du in gutem Glauben davon ausgehst, die Nutzung sei nicht vom Rechteinhaber, seinem Vertreter oder dem Gesetz erlaubt.
- Eine Erklärung unter Strafandrohung wegen Falschaussage, dass die Angaben stimmen und du der Rechteinhaber bist oder für ihn handeln darfst.
Wir prüfen vollständige Meldungen und entfernen Material oder sperren den Zugang, wenn wir eine Verletzung feststellen. Bei wiederholten Verstößen können wir Konten sperren oder schließen. Unvollständige Meldungen können abgelehnt werden.
Gegendarstellung
Wenn dein Inhalt entfernt wurde und du das für einen Irrtum oder eine Fehlzuordnung hältst, kannst du an dieselbe Adresse eine Gegendarstellung senden. Füge bei:
- Deine physische oder elektronische Unterschrift.
- Welches Material entfernt wurde und wo es vorher stand.
- Eine Erklärung unter Strafandrohung wegen Falschaussage, dass du in gutem Glauben von einem Irrtum oder einer Fehlzuordnung ausgehst.
- Name, Postanschrift, Telefon und E-Mail sowie die Erklärung, dass du die Zuständigkeit des Bundesgerichts an deiner Anschrift akzeptierst (außerhalb der USA: jeden Gerichtsbezirk, in dem Qoop gefunden werden kann) und Zustellungen der Person annimmst, die die ursprüngliche Meldung geschickt hat.
Du kannst einen Beitrag auch in der App melden. Formelle Meldungen und Gegendarstellungen gehen an die E-Mail oben.

Ce qu’une notification doit contenir
- Ta signature physique ou électronique.
- L’œuvre dont tu estimes le droit d’auteur violé.
- Le contenu litigieux et assez de détails pour le trouver (lien, nom d’utilisateur ou emplacement dans l’app).
- Ton nom, adresse postale, téléphone et e-mail.
- Une déclaration de bonne foi selon laquelle l’usage n’est pas autorisé par le titulaire, son mandataire ou la loi.
- Une déclaration, sous peine de parjure, que les informations sont exactes et que tu es le titulaire ou autorisé à agir pour lui.
Nous examinons les notifications complètes et retirons ou désactivons l’accès au contenu que nous jugeons contrefaisant. Nous pouvons suspendre ou fermer les comptes en cas de récidive. Une notification incomplète peut être refusée.
Contre-notification
Si ton contenu a été retiré et que tu penses qu’il s’agit d’une erreur ou d’une mauvaise identification, tu peux envoyer une contre-notification à la même adresse. Indique :
- Ta signature physique ou électronique.
- Le contenu retiré et l’endroit où il apparaissait avant le retrait.
- Une déclaration, sous peine de parjure, de ta bonne foi quant à une erreur ou une mauvaise identification.
- Ton nom, adresse postale, téléphone et e-mail, et une déclaration acceptant la compétence du tribunal fédéral de ton adresse (ou, hors des États-Unis, de tout ressort où Qoop peut être trouvé) et la signification de la part de la personne qui a envoyé la notification initiale.
Tu peux aussi signaler une publication dans l’app. Les notifications et contre-notifications formelles vont à l’e-mail ci-dessus.

Qué debe incluir un aviso
- Tu firma física o electrónica.
- La obra cuyo derecho de autor afirmas que se infringe.
- El material que afirmas que infringe, con datos suficientes para localizarlo (enlace, nombre de usuario o lugar en la app).
- Tu nombre, dirección postal, teléfono y correo.
- Una declaración de buena fe de que el uso no está autorizado por el titular, su agente o la ley.
- Una declaración, bajo pena de perjurio, de que la información es exacta y de que eres el titular o estás autorizado para actuar en su nombre.
Revisamos los avisos completos y retiramos o desactivamos el acceso al material que determinemos infractor. Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas de infractores reincidentes. Un aviso incompleto puede rechazarse.
Contraaviso
Si tu contenido se retiró y crees que fue un error o una identificación incorrecta, puedes enviar un contraaviso a la misma dirección. Incluye:
- Tu firma física o electrónica.
- Identificación del material retirado y dónde aparecía antes.
- Una declaración, bajo pena de perjurio, de tu buena fe de que el material se retiró por error o identificación incorrecta.
- Tu nombre, dirección postal, teléfono y correo, y una declaración de que aceptas la jurisdicción del tribunal federal de tu dirección (o, si estás fuera de Estados Unidos, de cualquier distrito donde se pueda encontrar a Qoop) y la notificación de la persona que envió el aviso original.
También puedes denunciar una publicación dentro de la app. Los avisos y contraavisos formales van al correo de arriba.
